Anita Reza Zein is an Indonesian filmmaker and founder of Neighbourood. After high school, she completed her study in Film and Television Production at the Indonesia Institute of the Arts Yogyakarta. Her debut short documentary Dulhaji Dolena, was nominated at Festival Film Indonesia and in competition at VGIK International Film Festival. She attended Talent Campus at Fajr International Film Festival in Iran (2017), Summer Scholarship at The Gerasimov Institute of Cinematography a.k.a VGIK in Russia (2017), Looking China film scholarship (2018), and Indonesia Distanced Stories by British Council, In-Docs, and Scottish Documentary Institute (2020). She also works as a freelance filmmaker for various international media and companies.
